We inspect all raw materials when they arrive at our shop, and then use proper CNC and forming equipment to manufacture the stock into quality, finished parts. We have a wide range of metal fabrication capabilities, including but not limited to, laser cutting, MIG welding, grinding, and CNC press brakes.

For components that require an aesthetically pleasing appearance–often a standard of products made for commercial applications–we also have powder coating capabilities in many different colors. Powder coating is an excellent and environmentally safe finish, using no harsh chemicals and protecting the part’s surface from regular wear and tear, whether it’s the natural oils of skin, general scraping, bumping, and moving, or corrosion from environmental conditions.
