Quality Inspections

Quality starts at selecting the right materials. We always inspect the metals and material that we work with before the machining process even begins. Once we are certain that the stock material meets our standards, we start the fabrication process. Then, when the part is fully shaped, we inspect it to ensure that it meets customer specifications and our rigorous quality standards before completing any final coatings or packaging.

For parts that need extra protection or an aesthetic touch, we also offer powder coatings in multiple colors that will not only give our metal parts a durable finish, but also will protect them from harsh conditions, indoors and out. Our powder coatings are resistant to fading, scratching, and other wear and tear, preserving the quality of the piece over time.
